Digital products

AstraTools products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Product pages describe the package type, license scope, delivery format, and price before checkout.

License

Unless a product page states otherwise, each purchase grants one company, creator team, or individual buyer a perpetual internal business-use license for the purchased files. Redistribution, resale, public republishing, or transfer as a standalone product is not permitted without written permission from Astrexor LLC.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. AstraTools does not store full card numbers, bank credentials, or payment account passwords. Orders are fulfilled after payment confirmation from the payment provider.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchase, keeping license keys and download links private, and using the files in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

Support

Support covers product access, download issues, and basic delivery questions. Custom installation, implementation, legal review, tax advice, and consulting services are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
