Refund and cancellation policy.

Overview

Because digital access is provided after successful payment confirmation, the following refund terms apply.

Delivery method

Products are delivered by download link, account entitlement, access key, or license key after payment confirmation. Delivery details are sent to the buyer email provided at checkout and may also be available through the purchaser account page.

Delivery timing

Most digital deliveries are available shortly after successful payment confirmation. If automated delivery is delayed, buyers can contact support at support@astratools.net for manual access review.

No physical shipment

AstraTools does not ship physical goods. Shipping fees, carrier tracking numbers, and customs duties do not apply to these digital products.

Eligibility for refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or issued with a license key or access key.

Once a product has been downloaded, accessed, or its license key or access key has been issued, the sale is considered final and is generally not eligible for a refund.

Defective or misrepresented products

If a product is defective, materially different from its description, or cannot be accessed due to a technical fault on our side, you may request a full refund or replacement, even if the product has already been downloaded or accessed.

Such requests must be submitted within 14 days of discovering the issue and no later than 30 days after purchase.

Non-refundable circumstances

Refunds will generally not be provided for change of mind after a product has been downloaded or accessed, failure to meet system requirements that were clearly stated before purchase, or requests made outside the refund request period described above.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact support@astratools.net with your order number, buyer email, product name, and the reason for your request. Do not email full card numbers, passwords, or private keys.

If a refund is issued, it will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment provider and card issuer.
